What is Nessy's Nest?
Nessy’s Nest is a collection of grounded rituals for hair, scalp, and skin, thoughtfully handcrafted with simple, intentional ingredients for daily personal care.
Are your products in glass or plastic?
Most products are in glass and many bottles are reusable. For bath & shower items, I use plastic when it’s safer for handling in wet conditions. Each product page lists its packaging so you know what to expect.
Why are some products out of stock?
Great things take time! Since I handcraft each product in small batches, some items may sell out quickly. I pour lots of love and care into every batch, ensuring you get the freshest, highest-quality products possible.
If something you love is out of stock, don’t worry—it’ll be back soon! Be sure to check back or sign up for updates so you don’t miss out. Thank you for your patience and for supporting handmade goodness!
Why was my product slightly different than my last order?
Because everything is handmade and natural, texture can vary slightly from batch to batch. Temperature affects things like tallow texture, like softer in warm weather, firmer in cool. This doesn’t change how the product works.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
I craft products with gentle, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique. I recommend patch testing before full use to ensure the formula suits your skin.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
I’m happy many mamas love my products. If you’re expecting or nursing, check with your healthcare provider to make sure the ingredients are right for you.
What are the ingredients?
Each product page lists its full ingredient list for transparency. Always check there before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, I do not test on animals.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Because everything is made and packed by me, shipping times may vary slightly during busy periods or restocks. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to reach out.

Do you take returns?
All sales are final due to the nature of handmade personal care products. If there’s an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping, please reach out so I can help.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you do custom orders?
At this time, I offer a curated product line rather than custom formulations. This allows me to focus on consistency, quality, and small-batch care. Occasionally, I may offer seasonal or limited releases, which are shared on the website and social media.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available and make a great option if you’re unsure which products to choose. Gift cards are delivered by emal.
