Processing & Shipping
I take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure freshness and quality. Products are made in small batches and packaged with intention, so please allow time for careful preparation.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time:
U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
International Orders: Not available at this time. on.

Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a package appears delayed or lost, please review the tracking details and contact the carrier directly, as they are best equipped to assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please email nessysnestllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery so I can help.
While I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, I will always do my best to assist when possible.
International Orders & Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Customs delays are beyond my control. Please review your country’s regulations before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handcrafted personal care products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I will gladly assist.

Products are made with thoughtfully chosen, non-toxic ingredients. Individual sensitivities may occur, so patch testing is always recommended before full use.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.
Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
