Shampoo hair as normal, apply mask midshaft to ends of hair. Leave for 15-30 minutes up to one hour. Rinse out.
If you have dry scalp that needs moisturizing - use as a scalp treatment as well by applying to scalp for 30mins up to 1 hour.
